Learn To Skydive

The Accelerated Freefall (AFF) program at Central Florida Skydiving will help you take the next step from crossing your first jump off your bucket list to becoming a safe and licensed member of our sport! AFF is a seven jump training program that sets you on the path towards your first skydiving license and all the fun that comes with it- jumping with friends, building formations, piloting your canopy, and jumping at drop zones around the world!

We are proud to be the home of some of the most engaged, caring instructors in the country who are dedicated to safely and comprehensively guiding their students through everything they need to know while sharing their love of the sky! You will be equipped with state of the art gear and taught to jump from our gorgeous and well maintained aircraft.

AFF begins with a 4-6 hour Ground School, followed by seven jumps with instructors. You will begin with instructors holding your harness throughout freefall until deployment of your own parachute, gradually needing less assistance to stay stable in the air and complete the maneuvers in each level. Once your canopy is open we will guide you safely to the ground with a radio.

Each step is about maximizing learning, safety, and fun! You must be at least 18 years old, in good health, and weigh less than 250 pounds. We strongly recommend having recently completed a tandem skydive before your first jump so that you have experienced the sensations of skydiving and are ready to complete tasks and learn in freefall and under canopy!

IMPORTANT: AFF Students- when you arrive at the front gate for your skydive please call or text (preferred) the front desk at (352) 208-7758 and we will escort you through the airport!
